At Get Trend, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, have original tags attached, and are returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
